Who is it for and when is it recommended?
Anyone who feels they want to move forward on an issue and could use a catalyst, professional support. Someone who gives their attention, knowledge, and experience so that the coachee can perform at their best.
Some examples of situations people typically seek coaching for:

- If you struggle to assert yourself (at work or in your personal life)
- If you experience recurring difficulties in your relationships (ongoing conflicts, being taken advantage of, not being listened to)

Group coaching
Group coaching is individual development within a group setting. Participants bring their challenges, aspirations, or dilemmas into the group, while the other members—facilitated by a group coach—support them in making progress on the given issue.
What can this methodology be used for?
- Group coaching can be highly effective as a follow-up to training. Imagine participants attending a one- or two-day training where they acquire new knowledge and begin applying it in their daily work. During experimentation and implementation, both successes and setbacks naturally occur. Group coaching provides a space to reflect on these challenges and helps further embed new knowledge and skills. For example, following a personal effectiveness training, a few group coaching sessions can be extremely valuable in supporting the integration of learned tools into everyday practice.
- As a standalone element for leadership development—especially when the goal is to shift leaders toward empowerment. By applying coaching tools and methodological approaches, leaders can develop the ability to grow their people rather than giving advice or solving problems for them. In this respect, group coaching has a strong mindset-shaping effect, as participants experience firsthand what empowerment feels like, how to think beyond familiar patterns, and how to create space for others to generate their own solutions. For example, I have successfully used group coaching in several organizations as part of coaching-based leadership development programs.
- For developing interpersonal skills: through the use of coaching tools, competencies such as active and empathetic listening, the verbalization of empathy, and effective questioning techniques are strengthened. I have frequently used this approach in the development of agile professionals (both as a standalone intervention and as follow-up), as well as for individuals in innovation catalyst roles. These are all positions where such competencies are essential for successful performance.

Team coaching
Team coaching is a complex process with immediate impact, through which teams reach a higher level of functioning. This higher level may be reflected in more effective operations (e.g., more accurate delivery, higher-quality fulfillment of customer needs, improved metrics/business results) as well as in a healthier team atmosphere.
During team coaching, we examine the areas in which the team needs to progress, as well as the patterns and dynamics that hold the team back, and replace them with approaches that enable forward momentum.
As both internal and external coaches, we have led numerous team coaching processes. Teams typically come to team coaching with topics such as:
- Prolonged conflicts within the team, where dividing lines emerge around certain issues, sometimes splitting the team into two groups and making it difficult to bridge the gap without external support.
- The team’s performance consistently falls short of expectations, and the root causes cannot be clearly identified or addressed.
- Within senior leadership teams, there is a lack of adequate mutual support among leaders.
- High turnover within the team; the team struggles to integrate and retain new members.
- The team is multilingual, which complicates collaboration and hinders performance, prompting the team to seek solutions.

15 years of global development experience—from entry level to executive leadership
As an external consultant, I have delivered leadership, talent, and team development programs for Hungarian and international organizations—from entry-level employees to senior leadership. As an external business, DEI, and executive coach, I have worked globally with clients such as Toyota, Virgin, Atlas Copco, JTI, and Danone. As a facilitator, I have led diverse programs, including initiatives with more than 100 participants.
15 years of leadership experience in a multinational environment
In the corporate environment, I have worked across multiple domains—from internal communication and employer branding to innovation and strategic management—holding professional leadership and people leadership responsibilities, and for several years as a member of the senior leadership team.
10 years of training and developing development professionals in various formats
Within higher education, I serve as a guest lecturer at several universities and as a member of academic teaching teams in the fields of business and team coaching as well as organizational development. In addition, through various ICF-accredited coach training programs—and since 2022 through my own training programs—I have supported the development of hundreds of participants. I also have extensive experience in building coaching-oriented organizations—both internal and external—as well as in establishing and developing internal development pools such as trainer, facilitator, and coach communities.
Organizational development in international markets
A significant portion of leadership development, talent development, facilitation programs, and workshops takes place in international markets. In 2025, for example, I was jointly responsible—with partners—for a talent and leadership development as well as facilitation program for a telecommunications company, and for a senior leadership program for a professional organization, delivered across borders.

I am equally at home working with diverse teams across telecommunications, aviation, FMCG, IT, pharmaceuticals, energy and automotive industries, as well as the banking sector—alongside media, education, and nonprofit organizations.

Depending on what creates the greatest value for the client, I select from the latest international methodologies or my own proprietary development approaches, and when needed, combine multiple methods to deliver hybrid solutions.
