Szabó Tamara vagyok, a Co-Create alapítója, és ez a történet a márka mögött

Co-Create was founded to enable true partnership—between clients and development professionals, as well as among colleagues. We work in a forward-looking environment where we do not try to solve today’s challenges with yesterday’s logic, but instead draw on both local and international trends, applying modern and courageous solutions.

In our organizational development work, we jointly seek answers to the challenges faced by individuals, teams, and organizations. We create an environment where we treat our clients as true partners in shaping processes – while also holding them accountable. This is how development becomes a genuine, mutual partnership.

This mindset also defines our training programs: we strive for equal partnership and adult-to-adult relationships. Throughout the learning process, we provide a courageous, open, and appropriately challenging—yet psychologically safe—environment.

Today, Co-Create is a community—of developers, coaches, clients, and learners—who believe that real learning and meaningful change emerge when we create them together.

Values that guide how I work—whether with clients, learners, or colleagues

Values that guide how I work—whether with clients, learners, or colleagues

Proactivity

Proactivity is what underpins everything I do: I always strive to go the extra mile. I don’t just react—I think ahead, prepare the ground, and bring additional energy into our shared work. This mindset permeates all my relationships and every process I am involved in.

Playfulness

Lightness, playfulness, and creativity are essential to me, and I aim to make working with me an engaging experience. This makes development easier and more enjoyable, and the experience itself more lasting.

Catalytic impact

I don’t aim merely to “run processes well”—what matters to me is creating memorable moments. I design developmental experiences that leave you feeling, “I don’t want this to end.” I bring momentum, inspiration, and energy, while we work together in an honest and psychologically safe space.

Care

Whether it's customers, students, partners, or processes, personalized care and attention come naturally to me, without any extra effort. In doing so, I strive for sincere, deep connection so that everyone feels that I am present and there for them.

Creating synergy

I consistently connect the dots. Through systems thinking, I align people, processes, and domains so that different elements work in harmony—and the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

Learning by doing

I believe that real knowledge is created through practice. We learn by doing: through experimentation and experience, I help embed knowledge in a pragmatic and highly applicable way.

Creating space

I enjoy creating opportunities and opening doors for others—those I believe in, whom I trust and empower with “wings” so they can unfold their strengths and capabilities and confidently show who they are.

Curiosity

The desire for continuous learning and development drives me in every area, and curiosity is essential to this—it is another core pillar I rely on. I remain open to new ideas, follow trends with genuine interest, and strive to grow every day. This curiosity keeps me fresh and also enriches those I work with.

Professionalism

Professionalism is the foundation upon which all other values are built. A high level of expertise, reliability, and awareness is expected in every activity—whether it involves education, development, or professional collaboration.

As a founder, I bring extensive experience both in hands-on fieldwork and in training environments.

15 years of global development experience—from entry level to executive leadership

As an external consultant, I have delivered leadership, talent, and team development programs for Hungarian and international organizations—from entry-level employees to senior leadership. As an external business, DEI, and executive coach, I have worked globally with clients such as Toyota, Virgin, Atlas Copco, JTI, and Danone. As a facilitator, I have led diverse programs, including initiatives with more than 100 participants.

15 years of leadership experience in a multinational environment

In the corporate environment, I have worked across multiple domains—from internal communication and employer branding to innovation and strategic management—holding professional leadership and people leadership responsibilities, and for several years as a member of the senior leadership team.

10 years of training and developing development professionals in various formats

I am a guest lecturer at several universities and a member of the teaching staff in the fields of business and team coaching, as well as organizational development. In addition, I have helped hundreds of students develop their skills through various ICF-accredited coach training courses, and since 2022, through my own training courses. I have several years of experience in internal coaching and coach-oriented organizational development, as well as in establishing and developing internal development pools (trainer, facilitator, and coach communities).

Organizational development in international markets

A significant portion of leadership development, talent and facilitation programs, and workshops take place in the international market. In 2025, for example, I was responsible for a telecommunications company’s talent, leadership development, and facilitation program, as well as a professional organization’s senior leadership program, working together with my partners across borders.

Professional work across sectors and cultures

I am equally at home working with diverse teams across telecommunications, aviation, FMCG, IT, pharmaceuticals, energy and automotive industries, as well as the banking sector—alongside media, education, and nonprofit organizations.

A broad and versatile methodological toolkit

Depending on what works best for the client, I choose from my latest international or proprietary methodologies, and if necessary, I combine different development methodologies and provide hybrid solutions. Workshops, trainer toolkits, AC/DC, individual, group, and team coaching, various behavior and performance profiles (MTQ, Profiles XT, Thomas DISC) from which I can choose, and anything I don’t know is provided by partners.

What you can expect from me and my partners

Progressive approach and mindset

Because today’s problems cannot be solved with yesterday’s logic.

Creating synergy through systemic thinking

So that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Selfless knowledge sharing and extra care

So that knowledge is truly accessible and easily acquired, and the thinking about coaching in Hungary reaches the highest possible level.
