Co-Create Coach Camp
Do you aspire to an international coaching career?
The sixth cohort of our ICF-accredited coach training program, the Co-Create Coach Camp, will start in spring 2026.
The 130-hour training program is internationally accredited and holds the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 2 accreditation. This means that upon successful completion of the examination, students will receive a certificate confirming the completion of the Level 2 training, which demonstrates their ability to apply coaching competencies at a PCC level. This will qualify them to obtain accreditation with the ICF via the expedited pathway.
Our Goal with the Coach Training – Achievable Outcomes
Our aim with this training is for students to:
- understand what coaching means, what it is for, and what it is not
- learn and apply the ICF Code of Ethics
- understand how it integrates into the life of organizations and individual development
- know how a coaching session and a coaching process are structured
- by the end of the learning process, be able to conduct coaching sessions (business, life, executive) and processes operating at a PCC level, utilizing the coach competencies defined by the ICF, both in-person and digitally
- work on self-awareness topics and personal development goals necessary for operating competencies at a PCC level, and make progress in these areas.
We do not guarantee these outcomes; rather, we create the opportunity for them. We commit to creating learning situations and an atmosphere where such development is possible. We make the competencies understandable and learnable at a PCC level through our proprietary models and methodology.
Our Development Approach, Our Strengths:
- We strive to establish and maintain an equal footing and an adult-to-adult relationship with participants throughout the learning process.
- During the training, we commit to holding participants accountable, and we expect students to take responsibility for their own learning process.
- As trainers, we integrate our real organizational experience and understanding of the business environment into the learning process.
- As trainers, we continuously monitor international trends and incorporate them into the training program.
- We provide a brave, open, challenging, yet supportive environment for learning.
- The theoretical foundation of the training is provided by ICF competencies, criteria related to competency fulfillment (PCC markers, Minimum Skill Requirement – ACC, MCC), and the Code of Ethics.
- We provide ample opportunities for practice during the training and offer extensive feedback (aligned with the competencies).
- As trainers, we identify and raise awareness of the individual development steps for self-awareness and soft competencies necessary for students to achieve PCC level, and support students in achieving these and overcoming obstacles.

Unit Manager and Coach (Sigma Technology Hungary)
Mély elméleti tudást, masszív gyakorlati tapasztalás
A képzés 9 hónapja alatt mély elméleti tudást, masszív gyakorlati tapasztalást, rengeteg jó gyakorlatot és kihívásos helyzetből levont tanulságot kaptam. Mindezt olyan tanulási helyzetben, ahol a képzők biztonságos légkört teremtett, folyamatosan kaptam megerősítő és fejlesztendő visszajelzéseket a coach kompetenciáimról és olyan szakmai műhelyt hoztak létre, ahol bátran kipróbáltam magamat.
Kováts Dóra
Agile Coach, Scrum Master
A Co-Create tanfolyamát jó szívvel ajánlom azoknak is, akik a coach hivatásra készülnek, és azoknak is, akik munkájuk során szeretnék a coaching szemléletet alkalmazni.
Urbán Orsolya
HR szakember, coach
Nagy Rita
Scrum Master
Mély, gyakorlatias tudás
A Co-Create coach képzésen elsajátított mély, gyakorlatias tudás a mindennapjaim részévé vált.
Andrea Holecz
Manager, Procure to Pay EMEA
„visszatérő vendégként” mindig sokat ad számomra Tamara szakmai felkészültsége és gyakorlat-orientált megközelítése
Nem először vettem részt Tamara és a Co-Create képzésein – „visszatérő vendégként” mindig sokat ad számomra Tamara szakmai felkészültsége és gyakorlat-orientált megközelítése. Ezért is döntöttem úgy, hogy elvégzem a group coach képzést. A program során nemcsak új módszereket ismertem meg, hanem saját élményen keresztül tapasztalhattam meg a csoportos coaching valódi erejét.
Bogyó István
Hospitality Expert, Business Coach
Line Manager, PMP, ACC certified coach
Simply superb and very professional
Participating in the training was like boarding a coaching submarine: we were completely immersed in the approach, surrounded by it everywhere. There was a lot of practice, supplemented with bodywork, which I think is unique among coaching training courses and effectively promoted our coaching awareness. The whole academic year was simply superb and very professional.
Katalin Toth
Unit Manager and Coach (Sigma Technology Hungary)
Deep theoretical knowledge, solid practical experience
During the nine months of training, I gained in-depth theoretical knowledge, solid practical experience, lots of good practices, and lessons learned from challenging situations. All this took place in a learning environment where the trainers created a safe atmosphere, I received constant positive and constructive feedback on my coaching skills, and they created a professional workshop where I could boldly try things out for myself.
Dóra Kováts
Agile Coach, Scrum Master
Professional, practice-oriented
I have participated in many training courses during my career, but this was one of the highest quality. It was professional, practice-oriented, and we had the opportunity to thoroughly learn all coaching skills. I wholeheartedly recommend the Co-Create course to those who are preparing for a career in coaching, as well as those who would like to apply a coaching approach in their work.
Orsolya Urbán
HR specialist, coach
I knew from the very beginning that this would not be a typical textbook-based training course.
My long-held dream came true when I was able to participate in the Co-Create Coach Camp training. I already had some knowledge of coaching, but with Tamara, I knew from the very first session that this would not be your typical textbook training. The professionalism of the trainers created a sense of psychological security from the very beginning, which made learning easy.
Rita Nagy
Scrum Master
Deep, practical knowledge
The deep, practical knowledge I acquired during the Co-Create coach training has become part of my everyday life. As a sports coach and mental coach, it has not only taken my work to a new level, but also helped me to understand my students and my own functioning more deeply. I highly recommend it!
Balázs Supola
Basketball coach, Sports Mental Coach
Truly useful and immediately applicable knowledge
The coaching training far exceeded my expectations. It was very practice-oriented—exactly what I needed to gain truly useful knowledge that I could apply right away. In addition, my self-awareness and self-reflection skills also improved.
Enikő Mária Domján
Brand building consultant (PwG Communication)
Highly practice-oriented training, professionalism and credibility on the part of the instructors
One of the most important components of coaching is the emergence of new awareness, and as Tamara put it to us, people definitely pay attention "differently" and will never be the same as they were before coach training.
Andrea Holecz
Manager, Procure to Pay EMEA
I focus less on the techniques that can be learned from books and much more on deepening my knowledge through practical experiences and lessons learned.
I was really looking forward to the Co-Create group coaching training because I like the approach I experienced at Tami. It focuses less on techniques that can be learned from books and more on deepening my knowledge and self-awareness through practical experiences.
Csaba Koppány
Line Manager, PMP, ACC certified coach
I found the Co-Create team through a very positive recommendation, which was confirmed by my own personal experience.
In my work, I often work with teams on projects or training courses. Every time, I see first-hand how the level of cooperation within the team has a significant impact on the success of the project. Team coaching tools can be used to effectively improve communication, conflict management, cooperation, and team morale.
Szabolcs Tóth
consultant, trainer
I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who works with groups or teams!
Although I have been working on team development for years, during the Co-Create TeamCoach Camp, I not only learned new theories, but we were also able to immediately try ourselves out as team coaches in a corporate environment, while the trainers helped us in the background with constant attention and encouraging feedback, supporting us in discovering the team coach within ourselves and bringing out the best team coach in us.

behavioral analyst, team and leadership developer, coach trainer, and trainer

He finds an excellent balance between methodologies and paying attention to the coachee's current needs
I worked a lot with Tamara a few years ago. I attended her Facilitation training, which I really liked because, on the one hand, it struck an excellent balance between theory and practice, and on the other hand, she structured every single element of the training so that not only the presented material taught, but also the situations that arose during the learning process. The current dynamics of the participants were also practically part of the curriculum.

Kurucz Norbert
Capability and Operations Manager
As a founder, I have extensive experience both in the field and in training
15 years of global development experience—from entry level to executive leadership
As an external consultant, I have delivered leadership, talent, and team development programs for Hungarian and international organizations—from entry-level employees to senior leadership. As an external business, DEI, and executive coach, I have worked globally with clients such as Toyota, Virgin, Atlas Copco, JTI, and Danone. As a facilitator, I have led diverse programs, including initiatives with more than 100 participants.
15 years of leadership experience in a multinational environment
In the corporate environment, I have worked across multiple domains—from internal communication and employer branding to innovation and strategic management—holding professional leadership and people leadership responsibilities, and for several years as a member of the senior leadership team.
10 years of training and developing development professionals in various formats
Within higher education, I serve as a guest lecturer at several universities and as a member of academic teaching teams in the fields of business and team coaching as well as organizational development. In addition, through various ICF-accredited coach training programs—and since 2022 through my own training programs—I have supported the development of hundreds of participants. I also have extensive experience in building coaching-oriented organizations—both internal and external—as well as in establishing and developing internal development pools such as trainer, facilitator, and coach communities.
Organizational development in international markets
A significant portion of leadership development, talent development, facilitation programs, and workshops takes place in international markets. In 2025, for example, I was jointly responsible—with partners—for a talent and leadership development as well as facilitation program for a telecommunications company, and for a senior leadership program for a professional organization, delivered across borders.
Professional work across sectors and cultures
I am equally at home working with diverse teams across telecommunications, aviation, FMCG, IT, pharmaceuticals, energy and automotive industries, as well as the banking sector—alongside media, education, and nonprofit organizations.
A broad and versatile methodological toolkit
Depending on what creates the greatest value for the client, I select from the latest international methodologies or my own proprietary development approaches, and when needed, combine multiple methods to deliver hybrid solutions. These include workshops, training tools, Assessment and Development Centers (AC/DC), individual, group, and team coaching, as well as various behavioral and performance models (MTQ, Profiles XT, Thomas DISC). Where additional expertise is required, trusted partners complement the offering.
